Phone Verification

Thank you for your Order

if you did place an order for Download Product,

We need to verify your Download order on the Phone

So Please call us back from the same Phone number on the order to 702-726-2646 and leave Voice Mail with your Order number (or) Order ID (or) Invoice Number and also the Name on the order

We will process the order within 12 Hours after you leave the voice Mail

We will NOT process the Order if you make Blocked ID calls 

We have right to cancel the order after 24 Hours if NO RESPONSE or if we could NOT validate the your Phone Verification

Please complete  this verification so that we can complete your order as soon as Possible

All Downloadable Product Orders must go through this Verification

Return Policy 

Download Products and Software Retail Box with Cut on the seal or Broken Seal are strictly NOT eligible for Return or Refund, Since the Activation code or License Key or Product key for the software got exposed. 

You may return any Defective Physical item for 14 days of delivery for an Exchange only. We do NOT offer Refunds. Buyer need to pay the Return shipping cost

If you need to return an item,You need to make sure you get RMA number approved by email.To get the RMA approval please contact us at support@vegascart.com

Return Package without RMA number will be returned to the sender and we may bill you for the Return shipping cost 

All Solar Products we sell in our store has Return Policy of 14 Days only, We charge 10% Restocking fee for all Returns.Buyer has to Pay the Return shipping cost.We do NOT offer Refunds.We offer ONLY Replacement

As Per the Vegascart LLC Store Policy when you did place the order, you did agree to our Vegascart LLC Store Policies

So that we ca Help you and you may need to wait 3 to 7 Business Days before the issue is Resolved 

if you file chargeback without contacting us and if you cannot wait for 3 to 7 Business days to resolve your issue, we will bill you 30 dollars fee and we may sent the bill to the collections, we may also file a legal case against your charge back 

Shipping

We do ship all the Physical Products to any address in the U.S.A, Canada, Europe, Australia, India from Las Vegas , U.S.A.

The Delivery of Physical Products can take from 3 to 5 Business Days for Standard Shipping and 2 to 3 Business Days for Expedited Shipping to all 50 States in U.S.A

The Delivery of Downloadable Products by Email can Take up to 24 Hours or 1 Business Day for all the orders from all the above countries.

International Delivery depends on Customs clearance can take from 10 to 14 Business Days. The online Tracking information will be Provided only up to U.S.A or until the Package leave U.S.A, there will NOT be any Tracking info after the Package leave U.S.A. But we insure all the Packages for safety

Please Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Address Verification 

Address verification is a precautionary measure VEGASCART performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy. 

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address. 

Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. 

Then, simply give us a call at 702-884-9926 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order. Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship Faster.
